Southern Arts Federation welcomes Victor Zimet and Stephanie Silber with their film, "Random Lunacy: Videos from the Road Less Traveled," to the 2008-2009 Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers beginning Monday, March 9, at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, and concluding on Friday, March 20, at the Arts Council of Central Louisiana in Alexandria, Louisiana.
