Southern Arts Federation welcomes Producer Paco de Onis and Director Pamela Yates with their important documentary film "The Reckoning: The Battle for the International Criminal Court." Paco and Pamela will be on the 2009-2010 Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers beginning Wednesday, March 3, at the Manship Theatre in Baton Rouge, LA, and concluding on Sunday, March 14, at The Arts Council in Stuart, FL. Along the way, the film will also screen at Mary C.
