We finished up our tour of The Misadventures of the Dunderheads" last Thursday in Charleston. At all seven of our stops (also including Suwannee, Madison, Montgomery. Gallitin, Baton Rouge, Tupelo), each and every person from the venue partners were gracious, helpful, forthcoming and committed.
We were able to stop in and say hello to the hard-working crew at South Arts in Atlanta. Although they were all swamped actually running the thing, they took out a good deal of time to greet us and tell us a little more about the history of the Southern Circuit.
At every screening we had the pleasure of meeting and talking with audience members who were moved by our film. I hope to fill in some details in future posts.
