Southern Arts Federation welcomes Stewart Wade and Antonio Brown with their film, "Tru Loved," to the 2008-2009 Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers beginning Tuesday, February 3, at Florida Community College of Jacksonville, in Jacksonville, Florida, and concluding on Friday, February 13, at the Arts Council of Central Louisiana, in Alexandria, Louisiana.
