Southern Arts Federation welcomes Producer/Director Jim Cozza with his wide-ranging feature film "Frank the Rat." Jim will be on the 2009-2010 Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers beginning Thursday, February 11, at The Arts Partnership of Greater Spartanburg in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and concluding on Thursday, February 18, at the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts in Columbus, GA. Along the way, the film will also screen at the Historic Polk Theatre in Lakeland, FL; The Grand Theatre in Fitzgerald, GA; and the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center in Madison, GA.
